One of my best restaurant experiences ever! Although I felt slightly neglected by my waitress, the food was wow wow wow, I can't even begin to explain! The chef is truely an artist.

This is a true culinary destination. I highly recommend Bronte to foodies the world over. The ambiance is sleek, modern and unique. The service is attentive and professional without the injection of pretense one would normally associate with a fine-dining restaurant. The food is superb: honest, sublime and avant-garde. Bronte's chef, Joe Mercuri is not only exceptionally talented: he is the most innovative chef in Montreal at this time. Without a doubt. I will return and return and return again...Best of luck to everyone for much continued success, it is well-deserved.
Incredible food. This is a restaurant with real skill in the kitchen. From the bread to the main dish, it was absolutely delectable. The service on the other hand was slow from the very beginning and the restaurant was not even full at that time (early reservation). The waiter seemed to not have any formal training and disappeared for long periods of time where I found myself looking around for someone to help me. The tables were very close together and I had to disturb the people at the next table when I got up to use the restroom. The ambient techno/lounge music was cranked as the night wore on and I asked twice to have it turned down which they did but then the volume crept back up again. The markup on the wine list will shock you, but the good food might just win you over.
