Wow. Where do I begin? Let's start with the 45 minutes it took for the steak to arrive, and was completely overcooked on arrival. It was nice of them to take it back, but when they picked up the plate a nice trail of CHEWING GUM stretched across from under the plate and across my friends shirt. Chewing gum under a plate?!?! It seemed that they were at pains to remedy the situation. The wine steward had no idea about some of the wines on the wine menu. The "full bodied" Shiraz had none. They did not seem to really care. So what's the deal? Because I don't order a $3000 bottle of Petrus, I'm second rate? Admitedly, the steak IS good, and they did offer us a bottle of wine for the chewing gum incident, but it did not make up for the shabby experience. I have to say, I expected a hell of a lot more from this place and was totally disapointed.
