This restaurant boasts that it has been included in the book "Where to Eat in Canada". Yet, their food, service, and customer relations are far from acceptable. Recently I made a reservation for my girlfriend's birthday. The waiter took orders from customers who had arrived after us, the food was bland and unbalanced, and we were never asked once whether everything was acceptable or not, despite not finishing either of our dishes. I called the restaurant the next day to tell them about my experience, and i was told the owner would get back to me. One month later, and that still has not happened. I did call back and was told that the owner was "really busy" and would get back to me in time. Needless to say, if the owner cannot take 5 minutes out of their time to talk to an unhappy customer, it is clear that this restaurant is an amateur outfit. Never going back again. Cafe La Scala would be a far better choice.
