I'm from Japan, and I think this is the only Japanese restaurant in Montreal which I thought was actually authentic. Not snobby at all like other overpriced places. Good price, and great service. Of course sushi in Japan is so much better, but I think Kashima does the best they can do with the ingridients they can get here. Plus I like those Korean sushi chefs who are good at speaking Japanese. Try the house salad! Whatever the dressing is that they use, it's so good!
