I never let someone's opinion be my judge. Perhaps I should have listened to some of the comments listed here. First off, we had to wait in a cold vestibule (snowed the night we were there. The person who seated us was semi-friendly and the wait staff was indifferent. If made to wear white shirts, they really should provide clean (looking and smelling) shirts to the staff. If give a polished and clean impression. The food was okay but nothing to write home about. It was the average Mediterranean owned steakhouse that offers garlic bread and a steel tray of salty condiments. Give a newer restaurant a try unless you like the old dark restaurants with typical food and captain's chairs. We are Euro-American Canadians (born here) but felt we would have been better treated if we were of Mediterranean decent. Enjoy if you go. I'm trying something more up-to-date next time.
Definitely nothing special. Old and stodgy decor and staff. Our oh-so-friendly waiter could have used a new "WHITE" shirt or perhaps some bleach. The presentation of the food was average and so was the value and taste. Nothing about this place blew me away. I took my parents and none of us would go back. People wearing flashy jewellery or women carrying purses should be cautious in this undesireable area. If I had known exactly where the place was, I definitely wouldn't have made reservations in the first place.
